Hello team so you know why i wasn't at the kickathon early? its because i had just did a huge major environmental act of kindness i had helped a group named SOLVE do one of they're environmental acts.
SOLVE is a group of people who dedicate themselves to cleaning up Oregon and other things like streets cities oceans etc. So today i helped them clean by a local grocery store My job was to clean up 23rd and Thurman street both up and down it was so fun! I did this on June 9th throughout the cleanup i was very disappointed in my community out of a 10 pound bag of garbage that i put all my trash in about 75% of the bag was filled with cigarettes and ashes gum wrappers socks almost all the disgusting stuff you can imagine.
i loved the trip it had showed me the amount of garbage that is being polluted it really made me sad on the good part it has made me more active inviromentally. Hey also if you wanted to join one of SOLVES events search em up theyre really awsome they have a ton of events for you to do!

I went to Hare Field on Sunday morning and spent an hour picking garbage up there. The first thing I saw was a couple of containers of rotten food in the parking lot. It was starting to stink so I had to sacrifice one of my garbage bags early so I didn't puke.
The really sad thing is this facility has multiple garbage cans and recycle bins so there is no excuse for people to leave this stuff laying around.
Kudos to you for showing a good example to the public.
I try to remember that if I can convince one person out of a hundred to change their ways in this regard it is a victory.
