I can't speak for anyone else but I had a good time Saturday at the Kick a thon. It was a lot of fun.
My goal was 3000 and I made it to 3290 so I was pleased with my performance. It wasn't the high count but non the less a good work out for an older guy I thought. I thought this was a good test for our endurance and aerobic condition at this point.
Clark was a big help to me but he did tell me to rest a bit more than I thought he should have. After the event he told me I was shaking (it must have been with excitement or anticipation - on second thought just cause I was a bit tired). Thanks for the support Clark.
