Saturday Training
Hey team I'm sorry I couldn't make it to the training on Saturday. My dad had overslept from working to hard and I set my alarm incorrectly, so we couldn't make it. If we left to go there, we would be late by the time we got there. It was both of our faults because both of us failed to set our alarms properly, by either setting our phones to vibrate, or setting alarm to PM instead of AM. I have already begun to make up for it by doing some cardio, sit ups, and push-ups. I plan to continue making up for it by jogging, doing pull ups/rows, more cardio, more push-ups, more sit-ups, and coming up with a Bo Staff routine. Again, I am sorry I couldn't make it, and Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance!
