Health

After over a week of feeling terrible, I have a lot of catching up to do.  I'm behind on some of my numbers, but I'm also exceeding others.  I'm not fully recovered yet, so I have a lot of work to do in order to get back on track.  On Monday during training, I wasn't performing at my best, and I felt bad.  Today during sparring, I hope to be feeling a little better, but there are no guarantees.  All I can do is give it all that I can, which is what our team needs to do for our test.  On grading day in October, it won't matter if you are sick, injured, or didn't get enough sleep.  Everyone will be giving it their all and fight through their pain.  What I can do right now to prepare myself is try to get better and give it my all in every class.

    I was given some advice when I was younger and it seems to work for me.

    Try not to sweat the small stuff and the big stuff will take care of itself.

    But you are right Oct 20th is a one time shot so just be as ready as you can and go for it.
