Wow is it good to be back in routine! What a great and surprising way to come back, testing!!! It was nice to split it up and focus so much on sparring and grappling last night, those for me are the two most difficult things. I struggle with remembering to keep good technique when I am trying to think of what to do next in sparring, but even though it is hard I always enjoy the intensity of the workout. In grappling I really enjoy it but when it comes to free rolling I get confused. I will get all excited when I get a technique, like "yay! I got this person in half guard, I know what it is!!!.......now what ?!?" I am looking forward to more awesome Saturday workouts with Cgn Bo to improve my skills, what an awesome resource we have in him!
