Hello bloggers and instructors,
This is my first time to ever blog. So my first topic ill share with you is how I am going to change my diet for this years forged testing. For example, I am limiting my dairy product intake such as using almond milk insted of regular milk. I think that by the end of the year i will be eating much healthier and losing fat. Anyways I am very excited for this years black belt testing. My motto has not been made up yet but maybe during events this year i'll find my true motto. Going a little off topic did you guys like my smiley face picture :) ?
