Forged First Week


I have always joked around at home about how many folks get injured here at Aim High and I have always told myself not me.  Then on our second workout with the Forged team it happened I rolled and twisted my foot while grappling.  I went in to work the next day and they guys were joking with me cause I was limping quite a bit.  I was so disappointed that this happened so early in the program I decided to stop by Aim High after work and let KJN and BKJN know I was injured and what they recommended I do for it.

I hooked up with BKJN Dan and told him what happened.  And as usual I got some good advice from him.  He recommended I take it easy and step out of training for a week or so until my foot healed.

Anyways after a week or so I decided to go to Dr. Bindahl and have it checked out.  She looked at it and says tissue damage you’ll be okay in a week.

All in all I am feeling pretty good now and will be able to continue with the group.
