I am working on figuring out my eating and sleeping routine so I can give my body the time and energy to catch up with training. I got in a discussion with my cousin regarding people and their capability to change and it brought up many interesting thoughts. Working on yourself emotionally is like working on yourself physically. There must be a conscious decision to change, excercising and training your brain to think and react differently. I have been thinking about the qualities in myself that I would like to work on throughout this experience. I am determined to be more like the people I admire and respect in my life and am dedicated to changing some of the qualities in myself that need improving. This is yet another reminder to myself that this will be a physical AND mental journey.
