hello again team, today I'm discussing my tracking with push ups and sit ups. So far i have done a total of 1,000 of each so i think its not enough. I'm raising my average push ups and sit ups from 150 a day to 300-400 a day I wanna give this test my all and master the basics!!

ReplyDeleteDon't forget you don't have to do them all at once during the day. You can do 100 when you get up, another 50 during breaks at school and so on. The main thing is just keep chipping away at it and don't quit.
Being steady will win this race!

ReplyDeleteIf you are finding that normal push-up and sit-up are to easy. You may want to try harder variations of them. It’s not just about the quantity but the quality.
