Last Wednesday night at BBT class we did sparing and it was crazy. We need to keep that intensity in all of your training.CGN Alex you did great! your combs were good. CGN Jenalyn you had good focus just remember to keep circling and not root yourself.Great job calling rounds CGN Cyrus Hopefully you will be be able to spare next time. CGN Jonathan your moves where fast and precise. great job. Poem belts you guys and gals did good. Dont forget what BSBN John taught us. Bob and weave, combos hit and move.
